Skye Ferry
The 'Glenachulish' is the last working example of a turntable ferry in Scotland, run by The Isle of Skye Ferry Community Interest Company. The Glenachulish can transport up to six cars with ‘standing-room only’ for foot passengers, and takes 5 minutes to cross to Skye.
Seaprobe Atlantis
Scotlands only semi-submersible glass bottomed boat. See seals, seabirds, otters, porpoise, WWII shipwreck, beautiful kelp forests, fish, jellyfish, dolphins and whales. Regular trips daily.
Eilean Donan Castle
As one of the most iconic images of Scotland, Eilean Donan is recognised all around the world. Situated on an island at the point where three great sea lochs meet, and surrounded by some majestic scenery, it is little wonder that the castle is now one of the most visited and important attractions in the Scottish highlands.
Glen Shiel Battle Site
Visit the site of this historic battle in 1719 between the British government and an alliance of Jacobites and Spaniards.
Corran Tea Hut
This wee tea house is something NOT to be missed. Head for the village of Corran and park on the right before crossing the bridge. Wander through the village a few metres and the Tea Hut is at the end of the street.
The Coffee Wagon
Located in a converted wagon, completely restored using local craftsmen, the coffee wagon is an opportunity to enjoy refreshment in a totally unique environment. Just along from the Brochs in Glenelg.
